CANCELLATION POLICY

Ultra Lux Med Spa Booking & Appointment Policy: At Ultra Lux Med Spa, we are committed to providing every guest with a professional, relaxing, and luxury experience while protecting the time of our providers and daily business operations. Booking Agreement: By scheduling an appointment with Ultra Lux Med Spa and clicking “Book,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below. By completing your booking, you authorize Ultra Lux Med Spa to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation fees, late fees, no-show charges, or policy violations in accordance with the policies below. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. Deposits are required to reserve appointment times and will be applied toward the scheduled service total. Card on File Requirement: A valid card on file is required to secure and maintain all appointments. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations, reschedules, or appointment modifications. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or modified with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service total or a minimum fee of $50, whichever amount is greater. Repeated last-minute cancellations or reschedules may result in refusal of future booking privileges. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in permanent restriction or removal from future booking access. Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, modified, rescheduled, or canceled depending on provider availability and scheduling limitations. If there is insufficient time to safely or properly complete the scheduled service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to fees up to 100% of the scheduled service total. Right to Refuse Service: Ultra Lux Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or deny future booking privileges to any client who repeatedly no-shows, arrives excessively late, violates booking policies, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts business operations. Policy Acknowledgment: These policies are in place to protect the scheduling, time, and income of our providers while allowing us to continue delivering exceptional service and availability to all guests.
